"Integrity USA" is a witness of God's inclusive love to the Episcopal Church and the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community. "Integrity – St. Martha’s" is an Integrity Parish Circle of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender persons and their supporters, who gather regularly for ministry opportunities and social gatherings. Notably, Integrity - St. Martha’s meets monthly to fill backpacks with food for school children in Fayette County who receive free school lunches, but whose families may not have enough food at home to last the weekend.
